SCHOOL HOURS

• School shall start 8:00am and close at 3:00pm from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Latest picking up time is 4.00pm.
• School bus shall be provided to pick pupils who may wish to patronize the transport services of the school, otherwise;
• Parents shall bring their children to school and pick them up on time when school closes for the day.
• Parents who wish to pick their wards beyond the stipulated pick up time of 4.00pm shall have to make special arrangement with the school authorities at extra charge to be determined based on the frame.

DRESSING / SCHOOL UNIFORM

• The school shall have prescribed uniforms for the various days of the week.
• Every child shall be required to have three (3) sets of uniform, two (2) sets shall be used from Monday to Thursday and the third set which would be different, shall be used only on Fridays.
• The school shall supply the uniforms to the pupils at a cost to parents or guardians
• Parents and / or Guardians shall always ensure their children come to school, properly, neatly and appropriately dressed
• There shall be three terms in the academic year

WITHDRAWAL

• Any Parent/Guardian who would wish to withdraw his or her child /children from the school shall notify the school in writing not less than three (3) months. The school authorities reserve the right to withdraw any pupil from the school as and when it deems fit.

DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION

• Information to parents shall mostly be done through letter correspondence which shall be delivered via the pupils and notices which would be pasted on the school’s notice board. Parents/guardians should read and act accordingly on the information the authorities serve them. Parents/Guardians should pay regular visit to the school as other curricula’s would be pasted on the notice board for their attention and action.

 HEALTH CARE

• Parents/Guardians shall ensure that their children are in good health condition before bringing them to school each day.

  When a child falls sick or gets injured whiles in school, the school shall administer first Aid and would promptly notify the parent. If the situation demands Doctors attention, the school shall send the child to the nearest hospital or clinic at the expense of the parents.

1. Has fever or has had fever for the past 24 hours
2. Is on medication, e.g. Antibiotic etc.
3. Has a constant cough
4. Has cold with unusual nasal discharge
5. Is vomiting
6. Has any contagious illness
